The prices mentioned on our website, on that of the Saint-Malo-La Baie du Mont Saint Michel Tourist Office, or on simple request by telephone or e-mail, valid for reservations made directly by telephone, by post, by e-mail, on our website or on that of the Saint-Malo-La Baie du Mont Saint Michel Tourist Office and charged in euros, are applied per room, per night and breakfast included, all taxes included. Not included in the price per night are the tourist tax and the “Espace Détente" service, which must be paid directly on site. These rates can be modified at any time, without prior notice and only those mentioned in the contract when the reservation is effective, are valid. Any reservation made directly before the 21st day before the date of the beginning of the stay, by telephone, by mail, by email, on our website or on that of the Tourist Office of Saint-Malo- La Baie du Mont Saint Michel, is confirmed when a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount due is paid and received. The remaining balance is to be paid at the latest 20 days before the start of the stay, otherwise the reservation is cancelled and the deposit is retained. For all bookings made directly by telephone, by post, by email, on our website or that of the Saint-Malo-La Baie du Mont Saint Michel Tourist Office, the following means of payment are accepted: bank transfer, bank cheque, cash, online CB via a secure link or ANCV holiday cheque. The additional service “Espace détente" is to be booked on site on your arrival, according to availability and is to be paid at the end of your stay. It is possible to make a reservation in advance, on request. Payment is due at the end of your stay. Cancellation of this service is free of charge. Tax/night/adult (Adult 18 years and over): local tax, it is to be paid in addition to your stay and this, for any person not domiciled in Saint-Malo (35400), commune belonging to the Communauté d’Agglomération du Pays de Saint-Malo, recipient of this tax. We will take care of paying it back to them.
Following a direct booking by telephone, by post, by email, on our website or on that of the Tourist Office of Saint-Malo- La Baie du Mont Saint Michel. These cancellation requests must be made by telephone, by post or by e-mail. When we cancel the stay before the beginning of the stay, we must inform you by any means at our disposal, either by telephone, by e-mail, by mail…. These cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, for stays outside the high season (July-August and early September) or exceptional season (the Route du Rhum…). After their expiry date, these cards are no longer valid and cannot be refunded. The client must arrive on the day and at the time specified in the contract. The client agrees to respect the internal rules that can be read on the website, or available in our reception room. The present contract is defined for a specific number of persons. Having animals ourselves, the presence of other animals within our guest room “Les Iles Vagabondes" is not accepted. In matters of dispute, only the judicial court of Saint-Malo is competent.
For bookings made by post, telephone, email or online via our website or that of the Saint-Malo- La Baie du Mont Saint Michel Tourist Office, the client does not benefit from the withdrawal period, and this, in accordance with Article L-121-21-8 of the Consumer Code relating in particular to the provision of accommodation services supplied on a specific date or according to a specific period.Concerning reservations:

Any reservation made directly on the day of the beginning of the stay, on site, and according to availability, is due in full on arrival.Means of payment:
The reservation is confirmed on receipt of the payment due, either of the deposit or of the total amount (for payments by bank cheque, following its cashing), and you are notified by e-mail or by telephone.
The deadline for sending the payment to confirm your reservation is 5 working days. After this period, the reservation is cancelled.
For a reservation made directly, on the day of the beginning of the stay, on the spot, and according to availability, the payment can be made by bank check, cash, CB (MasterCard or Visa) or ANCV holiday check.Article 5 : The additional service “Espace détente"
In the Relaxation Area, up to 7 people maximum are accepted knowing that the capacity of the SPA is 4 people maximum at the same time and the capacity of the SAUNA is 3 people at the same time.Article 6 : Tourist tax
The amount of this tourist tax can, at any time, be reviewed by the Communauté d’Agglomération du Pays de Saint-Malo. If there is a modification of this amount, it will be applied as soon as it is put in place.
– CANCELLATION up to and including the 31st day before the start date of your stay with us: the deposit or if a full payment has been made, will be refunded in full.
– CANCELLATION from the 30th day up to and including the 21st day before the start of your stay with us: the 30% deposit is retained regardless of the number of nights. For the same number of nights, if a total payment has been made, only an amount corresponding to 30% of the total amount will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded.
– CANCELLATION between the 20th day and the 8th day inclusive before the start date of your stay with us: 50% of the total amount is retained regardless of the number of nights. The remaining balance will be refunded.
– CANCELLATION between the 7th day and 2 days before the start date of your stay with us: 70% of the total amount is retained regardless of the number of nights. The remaining balance will be refunded.
– CANCELLATION THE DAY BEFORE or IN CASE OF NO SHOW at the date of the beginning of the stay: the total amount of your reservation is kept whatever the number of nights. No refund will be made.
– In the event of a shortened stay, the total amount of your reservation is retained, regardless of the number of nights.
– CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT OF THE STAY AT A LATER DATE ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY: the 30% deposit is retained and the remaining balance due takes into account the new rate proposed at the time of the new reservation, if the previous and cancelled reservation was made at the latest 21 days before the beginning of the cancelled stay.
Similarly, if the cancellation is made from the 20th day until the day of the start of the cancelled stay and is followed by a postponement of the latter, the total amount paid shall be retained. In this case, if the new reservation corresponds to a different period, you may be asked for a surcharge or a refund in your favour may be made.
If the period of the new booking is the same, the rate remains the same if it is not modified.
Whatever the period, if between a cancellation followed by a postponement and the new booking, there is a change in the rates, the customer undertakes to pay the difference.
2 possibilities are offered to you in these conditions:
– You are fully refunded the total amount you have paid.
– An amicable agreement is reached between you and us following your acceptance of a substitute holiday offered to you, without any consideration.
These gift cards are valid for 1 to 5 people maximum and for a minimum of one night.
The price does not include the tourist tax or the “Espace Détente sur réservation" service, which must be paid at the end of the stay by the person(s) receiving the gift cards.
The price of these cards corresponds to the price of a night in low or mid season multiplied by the number of nights chosen, and it varies according to the rooms and the maximum number of people per room.
The request for a gift card is made by telephone or by e-mail. Following an agreement between us and the buyer and once the amount of this card is paid and received, the gift card is sent, at our expense, by post to the recipient chosen by the buyer.Article 10: Arrival
